EPISODE #1

Back to front, front to back or some other method? We test Astro Physicist, Dr. Jason Steffen's "Optimum Boarding Method" on a 757 with 100 passengers. And to make it just like a real flight, our pilot is drunk. Plus, to reveal the hotter BBQ fuel -- propane or natural gas -- we explode giant cafeteria sized cans of baked beans.

Watch For: Brad Sherwood's improvised airplane boarding sing-a-long and a guy who makes a ham sandwich with his feet.

EPISODE #2

Joined by the leader in Aircraft Emergency Procedure Training, a former United Pilot, the Chief of Thoracic Surgery from Cedar's Sinai and Ben Bostic, a survivor of US Air Flight 1549 that ditched in the Hudson River, we conduct a series of flotation device experiments to determine which is more likely to save your life. Plus, we reveal the shocking cooking method that produces the fluffiest popcorn.

Watch For: Our intern, Travis. How quickly will he succumb to the effects of hypothermia in 41-degree water?

EPISODE #3

With 17 cameras mounted to cars, on roof-tops, garages and on highway overpasses, we had three limousines suffer a 15 mile morning commute, passing through the most heavily trafficked interchange in America to determine which of three driving strategies gets you to your destination quickest: weave in and out, stay in your lane or take surface streets? Plus, the scientist with the actual US patent on stain-resistant carpet reveals the best method of getting red wine out of carpet.

Watch For:The world's most hilarious cross-dressing bingo callers, a writer for Slate magazine, a camel, alpaca and a yak. One wrote a New York Times best seller, and one pooped on the carpet during the making of a fake infomercial.

EPISODE #4

In a hurricane, how safe is your house? To find out, we built a house and got a fan that blows wind and rain 125 miles per hour and blew the roof off. Why? To scientifically prove which type of roof is safest: a roof whose incline is steep or gentle? Also, we like to see big stuff crumble. Plus, what's the best casino bet you can make with a hundred dollars? To find out, we set up black jack, craps and roulette and got the Chairman of UCLA's Dept of Probability and Statistics... and just like in a real casino, we watered down is drinks.

Watch For: Chris Tallman's state-of-the-art water infestation detection suit and the women at the casino bar. Some of them are not women.

EPISODE #5

To find out which vehicle type really gets better gas mileage on the highway, professional drivers drove 5 cars simultaneously 20 miles around a 1/4 mile track at 40mph. We had two Priuses, a Honda Civic (hybrid), a Chevy Aveo and a Smart Car. Which do you think got the best mpgs? Plus, it's a debate nearly as old as time itself, which bag should you use when shopping at the grocery store, paper or plastic?

Watch For: Fireworks. Yup. This episode has fireworks. Not the metaphorical kind, like fighting among the hosts. No. We mean actual black powder fireworks. Plus, a baby turtle. In fact, the cutest baby turtle you've ever seen. Ever.

EPISODE #6

Which animal is better at learning and can better indicate danger or anxiety? Under the supervision of the head of UCLA's Department of Animal Cognition, we put dogs and cats to the test. Plus, aided by one of Los Angeles's busiest crime scene cleaners, we reveal the best way to get bloodstains out of carpet. Fear not. It's not the blood of any of the hosts. Or the dogs.

Watch For: Chris Tallman getting his lips chewed off by the world's most dangerous dog... while Brad Sherwood does just one thing: laughs. Oh, and Brad encourages the dog to keep going, too. OK, Brad does two things.
